    1. Biscuit Sheet ReceiverBiscuit sheet receiver is a supporting machine for the baking oven. After the wafer sheet finishes baking and automatically drops down from baking plate, this machine will receive and transfer the wafer sheet to the cooler. Meanwhile, there are brushes on top of its conveyor, and they are used to remove waste particle or batter that is exhausted from the vent hole of baking plate and sticking to the wafer.
    1. Sheet Picking MachineThe sheet picking machine can work with the wafer shape auto detecting and removing function on or off. This detecting function is realized with the help of two photoelectric switches that are set on top of the conveyor, and they are installed on two sides, both left and right. The two switches are used to detect the wafer shape, and the tolerance can be adjusted according to specific requirement.

    1. Wafer Biscuit Sheet ReceiverWafer biscuit sheet receiver is a supporting device for the baking oven, and it is used to receive wafer sheet that finishes automatic demoulding process inside the oven, and then it can deliver the sheet to the following machine.
    1. Cooling MachineThis cooling machine has a triangular shape, and it is used to carry wafer sheet. During transportation, the wafer is naturally cooled by air to lower the temperature, which prevents the biscuit from too crisp. As a result, the biscuit will not crack which is lead by pressing and collision during laminating process, and the product quality is guaranteed.

    1. Sheet Picking MachineThere are two photoelectric switches on top of the conveyor, one is on the left, and the other is on the right. They are used to detect the wafer sheet, and the tolerance grade can be set based on the practical application. If a wafer sheet misses corner, signal will be received, and the conveyor belt will descend automatically to deliver the broken wafer to the recycling container which is fixed under the conveyor.
    1. Wafer Cutting MachineThe wafer changes its moving direction from horizontal to vertical, and moves into the cutting channel. Then, the cylinder drives and raises the holding plate to stop the transportation of wafer, after the wafer stops at a proper position, the cutting blade is driven by the cylinder to cut the ball-shaped wafer in halves.

    1. Composite Regulating MachineBefore the wafer moves into our composite regulating machine, the robotic arm is open and static. As a result, the two biscuits are connected with each other, and semi-finished product is produced.

Production Flow of Wafer Biscuit

1. Major Ingredients
Flour, palm oil, ammonia powder, water, corn flour, baking soda, edible salt, citric acid

2. Batter Mixing
Put the ingredients inside the mixing barrel and stir them, and the mixing time depends on the batter. Usually, it is set within 3-3.5 minutes.

3. Batter Storage
The batter is filtered and stored for further use.

4. Batter Delivery
The batter is delivered from storage tank to baking oven automatically.

5. Batter Feeding
When the baking plate temperature reaches the working temperature, the operator should feed batter.

6. Baking
The baking temperature is set at a constant value that is suitable for baking, and the production speed can be changed according to practical application.

7. Demoulding and Discharging
The wafer finishes demoulding process automatically, and then it is transferred to the following cooling machine.

A1 Main Ingredients
Shortening, sugar, essence, milk powder. Proper amount of broken biscuit can be added as well.

A2 Coating Material Mixing
Stir the coating material to keep it at proper state, neither too hard nor too thin.

10. Cooling
The cream-filled wafer biscuit is carried into the cooling cabinet to finalize its shape.
